We offer water cutting in our two water cutting tables: 3000 x 1600mm and 6000 x 2500 mm. The method is based on cold cutting with a water pressure of 3-4000 bar, and can cut into most materials. Through a focusing nozzle, small amounts of abrasive are added to the water, making it possible to cut through soft and hard materials at a thickness from 1 to 120mm. Water cutting does not cause any stresses in the material which can be caused by the use of heat. We can offer cutting based on finished drawings in dxf or dwg format (autocad), but we can also design the parts and convert the files to the cutting machines.
The robot with 6 axes + external axis allows us to cut in 3D and get the correct cutting angle.
